An advance sheet is a single, organized document that outlines everything for the show, such as:

Not exactly.
A tour manager travels with the artist and handles day-of logistics on the road.
Full-Service Advancing focuses on pre-show preparation—making sure the event is organized before the artist arrives. Many artists use this service with or without a tour manager.

Advancing works best when both sides have time to build communication and workflow.
The 3-month trial period allows us to:
• Establish systems
• Refine processes
• Confirm the partnership is a good fitAfter the trial, both parties can decide whether to continue the arrangement.
-
Ideally as soon as shows start getting booked regularly.
Early advancing ensures:
• Clear communication with venues
• Fewer last-minute surprises
• Better organized show days
• Less stress on the artist and team -
Most shows are advanced 4-6 weeks before the performance, depending on the venue and promoter timeline.
The earlier we’re looped in, the smoother the process tends to be.
-
Once the onboarding is complete, you simply share your upcoming shows with us.
From there, we begin communicating with venues and building the advance sheet so your team can show up fully prepared and ready to perform.
